I asked if I’d be done with getting my oil changed on my 2016 Ford Explorer, The Works, in an hour and I was out the door and on the road in less than an hour. CJ was very accommodating and even suggested getting the batteries in my remotes changed since I’ve been getting messages to change battery. He Walked me over to the parts department. Spend 80 bucks for a diagnostic and they told me nothing...... a waste of time and money. Took it to Indy Tire and they gave me a more helpful diagnostic for free..... I’ll never take my car there again....

I love their staff from the service all the way down to the sales people, I just bought my dodge charger from them and they made sure it was fixed and let me use a rental car while mine was in the shop Kim did a wonderful job making sure that they fixed my car and fixed it right plus they paid for my first car payment. I would recommend anyone to them.
Bought a Ford Focus broke down few days later had to rent car first 8 days then they finally gave loaner thennnnnnnnn broke down again week later know they are saying I have to pay my friend went to jd byrider and they fix her car everytimeeeeee how tf a car dealership not gonna make sure a customer car runs this is the worst experience I have ever had better off going to buy here pay here I will never buy another ford and the sales manager the most rudest racist person running a business I’ve seen
