Absolutely incredible service! Worked with me cross country to give my husband and I the best chance to get our dream car. I felt listened to and heard and really apart of the process. Best car dealership I’ve ever worked with. Wouldn’t buy from another dealership ever if I have the choice!
I have all my F550’s and F750’s serviced or repaired here when in the area. They get the units in and back out ASAP - They understand time is money.
Always friendly and they do great work I. The service bay. I recently had my 2017 f250 lifted and put 22” wheels and 37” tires on it. I took It i. To get an oil change and tire rotation done this week. While I was in there I asked them to double check my wheels and make sure they were all balanced properly. Had previous cars to this dealer multiple times and they always did an exceptional job, especially with keeping me informed on the timeline of repair. The previous folks at service appear to have moved on and the new service advisors are just not good. They are not welcoming and they hide behind the new booths. We've always had good service there (Tom Kashman is usually good at making that happen) and my recent trip was no exception. We had some regular maintenance and expected upkeep coming due at the same time, which kicked up the cost, but James did a great job communicating with me the details and ensured that where work overlapped, we would not get double charged. Every time we go there, we get great service with very friendly staff. We have no issue continuing to go there for our service needs.
