My tire pressure light came on while driving. I took my car to Tom Wood Ford at 96th and Keystone. I was greeted in a friendly manner. I explained the problem, unfortunately my tire had to be replaced. The tire was not in stock, so I had to wait until the next business day to get it replaced. My tire was replaced at no charge, had a warranty. All of the service techs were very helpful. I would use the service again.
While I have not shopped and leased a new vehicle in over 10 yrs., the sales rep Ty Johnson and his Manager Michael were very professional. Ty was polite, understanding, and most importantly patient with my indecision of finding that right vehicle. They both made me feel as if I was part of their Tom Wood family and worked to find the best deal. Especially Ty Johnson, who promised to be transparent with me and matching any offer out there. Our salesman Michael Baldwin was spectacular. He was not pushy in any manner and went at our pace. I won't go to another salesman ever again. The entire staff was courteous and helpful.
Had to come in for a quick replacement while on an out of town trip! Great results and great service! Comfortable lounge areas available while you wait, including refreshments. Doug is the man! Go Ford or go home!
After taking my truck to four different automotive repair shops and every single one of them giving me a different reason why my truck was shaking in the front I decided on taking it to Tom Wood ford. This was the best decision that I've made by far. Customer service and technicians were great and instead of charging to start replacing things that were not malfunctioning they thought out of the box.
