I made an online appt for 8am last Saturday morning (1/21/17) and dropped the vehicle off at the dealership Friday evening. Excellent customer service. They make you feel valued and welcome. Car was ready when promised, clean, repaired and for the price that was communicated to me. Kim Fast is very good at doing what she promises. Tom Cashman greets us and makes us feel like our business is appreciated.
My family and I drove off the Tom Wood Ford lot with smiles on our faces, money in our pockets, and two brand new vehicles! We had WONDERFUL service from Tom B. and the Tom Wood Team. Most places don't entertain two young boys for very long. We are grateful for Tom B. as he made sure everyone in the family was comfortable and taken care of while we endeavored to find the right vehicles for all our needs. The staff was friendly and personable. It was a great car shopping experience!
The gentleman who did my service write up told me my car was next in line to be serviced. Eight hours later (after calling multiple times only to be told "you'll be called back"), they hadn't even touched my car and might not until the next day. He then proceeded to argue with me about paying for a $250 software download that should have been done before the car was given to me by the dealer I purchased it from. Bought a fairly new Ford Ranger 20+ years. Got a few miles from dealer when spark plugs blew in half. Towed it to a auto parts store, they said it didn't have oil! Tom wood shop wanted me to drive around and measure oil loss. The truck was never the same and ended up in a upside down loan that haunted me for over 15 years. I would never recommend or purchase a vehicle from them again. Their auto shop employees were the worse.
