Tom Kashman always goes above and beyond for Customer Service. He always has a smile and always makes sure the customers needs are always taken care of! Eric and Josh also are always friendly and go above and beyond to make the customer experience great! Thanks guys for all you do for us!!!
I only give one star bc it made me. I drove 4+ hours to get there to test drive a car and had the money with me to buy it. The sales person wasn't that good and was new. I was told on the phone that their was wiggle room on the price. After getting there they wouldn't move it a penny! After trying to negotiate twice, I was told "my boss is tired and wants to go home so he isn't going to budge". So beware before you make a long trip to be treated like you're nothing!
I wish I could post the link to the review about the horrible experience my good friend just had to endure with this place. He drive close to an hour one way after being in contact with Vincent about the outright purchase of his vehicle. When he arrived they did not stand behind anything they discussed about the outright purchase of his vehicle without buying a new one. There very awesome at what they do
Ive had two terrible experiences w tom wood ford. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to deal w the service department there! Every time I tried to speak to a manager the same service person would end up on the other line!! Awful response time w service, and terrible at communicating and "keeping u updated"! Never again! Drove 3+ hours, cash in hand, in contact with them the whole day. Ten minutes before we arrived they texted to tell us where "your car" is parked. When we arrived they had sold it out from under us. Wasted three days in these people, drove close to 7 hours and secured financing only to have them do this. Terrible business!!!
Tom Kashman went above all that we could ask for to take care of us. We love our new car! Jeff Sparks was great to work with regarding our financing and chat with Zig Leach, salesman, if you are in the market for a new or used car!
