We recently purchased a new Ford Escape through Greg. My husband and I both agree that it was one of the best "car buying" experiences we have had . . .from the beginning (Greg met us personally as we drove into the parking lot) to us test driving the escape, negotiating cost, to driving our new car home. It was clear that Greg wanted to work with us to get us the car we wanted at the price tag we needed. We will definitely go back to Tom Wood Ford (ask for Greg) for our future purchases.

Purchased my car thru Neal and he was very helpful. Had to take the car in for some maintenance issues and initially did not have a good experience. However Kim and Tom stepped in and they were awesome! They took care of the problem, and helped me with transportation while the car was being repaired. Ask for Kim and Tom in service and you will have a great experience!
Neal Evans is all I have to say about this dealership!! He was fantastic at getting me exactly what I wanted after having my car totaled! I went in picked out a car, had to wait a week to hear back from insurance, emailed him and the car was still there waiting for me to get everything worked out! Went in it was detailed and ready to go! The car was loaded so he showed me everything about it and even offered for me to Come back in so he could show me more about the vehicle! Highly recommend him!
Worked with Neal Evans and Jake Dodson and leased a new ford edge from them. This is the way cars should be sold. Low pressure and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Less of a sale and more of being consultants. Super nice people here and they treat you right all the way through the buying process. Go see Neal he's the way car salesmen are supposed to be in todays world.
They don't stand behind the products they sell. Purchased new F150 Lariat. Been shaking from the beginning. Was told today, Ford is only responsible for posted speed limit?? I asked why does the truck have 120 MPH speedometer? Ford doesn't stand behind their products.
Bought a used car from here. Said they did a 100 point inspection. I have had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. We bought a warranty but it hasn't paid off as of yet. The salesman told me that the engine is supposed to dip a little when the ac is on. He said it was totally normal for a 4 cylinder car. He straight up lied to us. Turns out the radiator fan is going out. Going to cost a lot to fix it. I will never buy another car here.
