Hey Tom Wood Ford...That was on of the most incredible grand openings in history! Your entire team is to be congratulated for all of the effort it took to make such a grand facility. Great Job!
Everyone at Tom Wood was so friendly and helpful. My family has been buying cars from these guys for years and I just purchased my first car. Neil, our favorite salesman was super helpful in testing and finding the right car. He made the process both fun and easy and was very accommodating when it came to making the final decision. I now have the perfect car due to Neil and Zach and I am so thankful.
Hector, Steve, and a few others stayed late to help me get the best deal possible. When I was fed up with the sales tactics of many other places they regained my faith with their service and cordial speaking. Would come back for another car.
My daughter's car was brought in February 1st for back bumper damage after being rear ended, we still do not have her car back!!! 6 weeks and no idea when we will get it back! #NEVERAGAIN #TOMWOODFORD
We came in yesterday and had amazing service. They gave us a tour of the new building and made us feel comfortable. They didn't force us into any sales and worked with us. Everyone was very kind and friendly. I highly recommend.
Our Salesman Harrison Brown was extremely helpful, friendly, not pushy and got us a great deal on our new truck...So pleased to have met someone we felt we had known a long time...Thanks Harrison for your professionalism and help...We WILL be shopping at Tom Wood again!!!
