I took my Ford Escape in for a "scheduled " repair about 3 weeks ago. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, it was as though no one had time to be bothered with me. When I finally did speak to a service guy (Mr. James), he was condescending and bordered on being downright rude. Yes, I may be a female bringing my vehicle in for repairs, I may even be blonde, but I am NOT stupid! RecommendedService was straight forward. I went in for an oil change, got an oil change (oh, and a very nice free car wash). Lounge was comfortable, equipped with a Starbucks coffee/hot chocolate machine! Ben, the technician even tried to help with a sync issue with my phone. Driving the extra distance is worth it for the service I receive. Thanks, Tom Woods!
I needed to have a taillight replaced on my 2003 Sport Track. I called and made an appointment to have it replaced. The part had to be ordered. When I went for the appointment I was so impressed with the professionalism of Josh Lagler who took care of getting this part replaced quickly and efficiently! Because of this experience I will be going back for some other maintenance that was recommended!
