I took my Ford Escape in for a "scheduled " repair about 3 weeks ago. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment, it was as though no one had time to be bothered with me. When I finally did speak to a service guy (Mr. James), he was condescending and bordered on being downright rude. Yes, I may be a female bringing my vehicle in for repairs, I may even be blonde, but I am NOT stupid! I know that a 2016 vehicle with 25k miles is still under the bumper to bumper warranty, so don't try to act like you are not going to fix this ... read more
Service was straight forward. I went in for an oil change, got an oil change (oh, and a very nice free car wash). Lounge was comfortable, equipped with a Starbucks coffee/hot chocolate machine! Ben, the technician even tried to help with a sync issue with my phone. Driving the extra distance is worth it for the service I receive. Thanks, Tom Woods!
I needed to have a taillight replaced on my 2003 Sport Track. I called and made an appointment to have it replaced. The part had to be ordered. When I went for the appointment I was so impressed with the professionalism of Josh Lagler who took care of getting this part replaced quickly and efficiently! Because of this experience I will be going back for some other maintenance that was recommended!
