I called on Friday to get ALL the paperwork started so I could walk in, sign, write a check (pay cash) and be on my way. When I got there, I had to give THREE proofs of residence and my SS card picture(?) it all took close to THREE hours, TO PAY CASH! I can only imagine the paperwork/hassel if someone wanted to finance. I was told it’s JUST this dealership that requires so much. I won’t be back even if the two guys I dealt with were extremely nice.
My wife and I had a HORRIBLE experience at Tom Wood Ford and we will NEVER be back! We needed to returned her leased Fiesta in September 2017 and wanted to get a C-Max. Because they were the only dealer in Indy to have some, we changed from our tried and true, Pearson Ford, over to Tom Wood. We went shopping on 9/23/17.
