RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience. Everyone there were extremely helpful. We laughed and joked with everyone there which made the whole process much more fun. We purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from Tom Wood and the sales associate was one of nicest people, Corey Long. He made the whole experience fun and was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions completely and made sure we were relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend visiting Tom Wood Ford for your next vehicle purchase and ask for Corey Long.

Please remind me why we bought two brand new cars from you? Reservation made for 9 AM this morning. Car dropped off at 9 AM this morning. Car still not in a bay. When customer service personnel was asked when it would be seen a snarky response was given. Not helpful. Not polite. Not worthwhile.
