Took truck in for the works and perhaps I’m just spoiled from my other dealer. My other two locations I used prior to this one charged less than $50 out the door. This service is $59 out the door for my 2016 F-150. My other dealers always washed my truck as part of the service as well which apparently isn’t included. None the less the guys were friendly and called me when the truck was ready. Good experience just not the outstanding service I had with my other dealers.
I have purchased my last THREE vehicles from Tom Wood Ford so trust me when I say I really didn’t want to leave this review but I have to say three weeks after purchasing my vehicle the experience even just calling with questions or concerns has made my blood boil. The first two times leading vehicles went amazing and everyone was so kind and helpful (the last time being 3 years ago). Waiting for over two hours and still hadn’t even looked at my car. I made an appointment so why was my car not first priority?? I left without getting my car fixed because that is ridiculous!!!
Seriously unprofessional. They have bothered me multiple times about trading in my vehicle, despite inaccurately describing my vehicle's make/model multiple times - if you want my vehicle so much, shouldn't you know what it is? They use shady marketing and sales tactics. I love Ford vehicles and these imbeciles are really tarnishing the brand.

I received a call from Michelle after submitting an application online. She reviewed some information and told me she was pretty certain they could help me get a vehicle. I was skeptical after I didn't hear back from her, especially since I'd gone to several other places with no success. Great experience! Greg was helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in a new vehicle. Never felt pressured. The staff were all friendly and several stayed way past closing time to make sure I left with my new car. Greg explained all the features and got everything set in my new car before I left despite it being late. Would definitely recommend Tom Wood Ford!
Charles was excellent in handling the purchase of my new Escape. Very knowledgeable and personable.
