RecommendedI used them to fix a leaky sun roof and tailgate window on my Escape. All the staff were friendly and helpful. They successfully repaired the leak a day faster than estimated. It seemed expensive, but given the labor intensive nature it was likely appropriate. Given the convenience of the close location to my work I will likely return.

I test drove A 2014 Ford Taurus and love it; I came to pick up my car on Saturday and my car was in service; drove off the parking lot and notice the vehicle was driving rough; called the sales rep and got the greatest run a round; I tired of calling drove the car back on The following week and I got the worst pretense of service; currently contact other services to assistance; I I do not recommend Tom Wood Ford!!!!!!
I had a horrible experience here. Once I got home, I checked the spare tire and found 5 inches of stagnant water. Mold was found in the trunk of the car. I brought the car back and all they could say was " it must have happened after inspection 😑. I doubt they ever looked at the spare tire. I will never due business with them again.
Requested a last minute service to my car and they were able to get me in. Maddie Barton was awesome, super friendly and offered great customer service! Thanks Maddie for all your help!
Horrible horrible experience. Would never go to this dealership again!! Nothing but problems and poor customer service. I purchased new Explorer and wish I’d purchased else where! Once sale is complete so is any chance of them helping you with anything. We just purchased a used car from them 3 months ago and now the Explorer, we trade vehicles every three years and I guarantee I won’t even drive near Tom wood Ford. You can bet I will tell everyone I can get to listen about my experience with them.
