Convenient location, even with the work on Keystone Ave. I was able to drop in after my day had ended (Mon 10/14). Get the work done quickly (new battery) and be home before dark. Friendly staff.
They are very friendly and accommodating. Went on my lunch and got me in and out quickly. Patrick did an awesome job on my Lexus. Highly recommend!
Stay away from this place. What a waste of time, talk about deceptive practices. They’ll do anything and say anything to get you in the door and keep you from walking out. The only person that I dealt with was Allie from the Internet dept.

recently bought a 2017 f350 with 18000 miles from tom wood. they showed me a car fax of the truck being a 1 owner and no accidents. after getting my own car fax a month later it showed wasn't a 1 owner and had been wrecked. I never would've bought the truck if I knew that at the beginning. this was my 3rd and final truck I've bought from tom wood. when I talked to them about this situation they made me feel they was going to correct the problem.
