I purchased a car brand new...not just new, but a factory order. I've owned it for 19 months and the factory battery just gives out. I dropped it off at Tom Wood Ford service center on a Tuesday night. By close of business Thursday, I had not received so much as a diagnosis. Only through repeated prodding and actually calling the SALESMAN who sold it to me was I able to get some answers. It shouldn't take more than 2 working days to diagnose a bad battery.
