Awful service. I made an appt. 2 weeks out for a routine oil change and inspection. I brought the car in at 8 am. I had to call three times to get my own update. Finally when I called at 4 pm they told me they haven’t even gotten around to it yet. Will never go back. Worst ford dealer in the city
