we bought a car Saturday was lied to.we were told the car had only one owner recent trade and no accidents. when really it had two owners and was hit by a deer. we are super upset about the hole thing. the fact we were lied to is more upsetting. we will never recommend anyone to this place ever!!!

Service treated me like absolute crap. Charged me $159 to tell me light bulbs were burnt out and never even troubleshot the blown fuses, told me the taillights worked when they clearly didn’t, and talked to me as though I was stupid and ridiculous. I was lied to about the time frame to expect. I’ve never been so offended and humiliated as having dealt with their service team. I 100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Tom Wood in any circumstance (or Fords in general).
