I purchased a Vehicle off the Showroom Floor. I haven't had the vehicle a year yet, and it's been in the shop FOUR TIMES, CONSTANTLY RECEIVING DISRESPECT AND THE "RUN AROUND" WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COORDINATORS AND TECHNICIANS! The temporary plate expired. They were having trouble getting the title. I called three time to find out what was going on and did not get any answers. So I went in to talk to a manager. He said he couldn’t give me another temporary tag. So I ask about driving my car with expired plates, he said he would pay the ticket if I get caught! What? What about if the officer decides to tow the car? What about the points on my driving record? Pretty sad customer service as far as I’m concerned.

Sales team was quick to answer any questions and very helpful at explaining differences in the vehicles.
Bill & Kim did a great job answering all of our questions & there was a little front end damage to the Jeep we were getting & Bill worked some magic & it looks like new again.
