I’ve called several times and have been told the same thing every time I call. I have waited over 17 days with my temp plate expired. No one has called me to let me know what’s going on. No one has told me anything. I was told the last time I called (after calling 5 times) that they would send my paper work in the week of October 2cd and I’m still waiting. My temp plate has been expired almost 3 weeks now

Bought a used car oct 2019, not sure if I used the air con until April 2020, but then found it not cooling. After several days the service dept. agreed to repair, replacing a hose and recharging system charging $100 deductible. By august the air con failed again. I wasn’t surprised to find out the service people I dealt with in April were no longer there, I had not been impressed. I dropped off the car a day early for a Thursday 11 am appt. by Friday 11 am I had not received a call, so I left a message. After waiting 4 hours... read more
Bill, Jeremy and Sarah did an amazing job making the needed repairs and required maintenance to my motorhome with a Ford chassis recently. The service center has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They try trump up non needed repairs. No communication. I took in a car for a simple oil change and they’ve had it for 3 days and still haven’t done it

The service manager was extremely rude and was dishonest in my interactions with him. Customer service within the service department was bad. Literally had to stand in front of his window while others walked in and out to finally get a reluctant response.
