While trying to trade in my 2008 Ford Escape for a new car, I find out that Tom Wood Ford CARMEL, the place I bought it 7/17/2012 ROLLED BACK MY ODOMETER!!!! This is illegal and you should be ashamed!!! My family has bought cars here numerous times. We trusted you. Now they all question their purchases and I hope everyone reading this, does as well!!! My family has bought cars here several times. Today we find out a vehicle our daughter bought had the odometer rolled back. it actually ha# over 40k miles more on it that showed. In the process today at a different dealership, a carfax was ran, she also found out not only was the odometer rolled back, but it had been in a wreck before she purchased it. She thought she had a decent trade, boy did she get screwed! We will be following up with the BBB and Attorney General!

They like to rollback the odometer on cars. When buying a car you think you have well under 100k miles on it just to find out there’s way more than 100k. They don’t disclose wrecks the car was in nothing. They are there to scam you out of your money. DON’T SHOP HERE.

They advise guaranteed credit and no one knows what they are doing. A salesman called me and told me I was approved and he ended up calling the wrong person. Don’t believe them when they say guaranteed credit, it’s a waste of time!

I tried to buy a new Ford F-250 from Greg more he did great on his part when I went to finance. Cheri in finance refused to remove the warranty from the payment a week later I called her to get my deposit back she told me to come on up it wasn’t a problem once . I showed up she called Greg and bob goodmen in the office . Bob said he was not going to refund the deposit. Things got heated that’s when BOB GOODMEN tried to get me to go outside and fight with him. I would say I screwed up buy not reading the reviews on this lot.

I drove 35 minutes to see 2 trucks just to be told it was not there anymore. moved sometime ago and now were moved 30 more min away... if a car is being moved it should be updated on the website. A waste of time. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.
