Had my car there for a full week before they told what was wrong with my AC. When Tom Wood finally let me know what was wrong with my Fusion’s AC they wanted $1500 to fix it when the part is only $250. I will never go back to this Dealership to buy or have my car worked on.

I am very pleased with the experience that I had at TW Ford in the purchase of my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and polite, they greeted me by my name as soon as I came through the door. If I could give this dealership ZERO stars I would! I was in contact with them for about 4 days about a vehicle. Today with us arriving with an APPOINTMENT, they told us walking in the door that the vehicle had already sold this morning. Now i was in touch with them this morning before driving 2hours away! They then proceeded to tell me that the woman I was in contact with is not aware of vehicles selling. If she has no clue about what vehicles sell then what's the point of her job??? Love this dealership. We worked a deal with them in two days and it was a great deal for our new to us 2013 Ford Edge. Cherie and Bob are great to work with and we will be returning to work with them again!
