Worked with Maddie. Great communication. Kept me up to date. It was the IWE (integrated wheel end) engaging/disengaging the 4 wheel drive. Not a cheap repair but done right the first time
My headlight went out on my 2015 Taurus and because of where it’s located, no one would fix it. I went to 3 other places and they were reluctant to try to change the bulb. Well...I went to Tom Wood Ford. The young man in the Quick Lane replaced the bulb and had me out of there in no time!!! Thank you Tom Wood. It pays to go to the Maker, both in life and with your car!!!
