Edit review 8/31/2019 My wife took our 2015 ****** XJL to this location to get an oil change. We dropped the car off and waited on their phone call back. They called us and said that your vehicle is ready. We went to pick up the car and noticed that the car would not go into gear because the shifter would not rise from the center console. This Firestone location is a boggus. Had my car for alignment and the car was with lane assist. They did the alignment and then i had issues while driving. Went to change tires for my second car which does notjave line assist and now they are telling me it has it and they cant do tje alignment... They said for cars with line assist itcant be done in their shop.Asked how the one that had got the alignment and they start arguing.... My suggestions is nope, do notgo there.

Firestone is a nightmare. I have three cars with Firestone tires on them and have paid for lifetime alignment. 1st - 2008 Dodge Caravan took in for tire rotation and alignment and was told I would need two inner tie rods. Took to my local mechanic and he said they did not need replaced. 2nd - 2004 BMW X5 again tire rotation and alignment they ripped off my drivers side door handle and blamed me for it. 3rd 2004 Buick Rendezvous again tire rotation and alignment this time my break line started leaking. The Firestone at 15101 N Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, Pflugerville, TX is the absolute worst. I've brought my vehicle to this location multiple times, and have consistently had the same experience. I figured I broke a motor mount because in certain instances my engine would raise (I've broken a motor mount a few times), so I took it to the dealer who confirmed I had broken one of my motor mounts. Terrible experience. I purchased a full Firestone inspection at this location for a used car I purchased. They inspected the car, and did not find any significant or urgent problems. Four weeks later, the car loses power on the road and seems to have a very serious transmission/timing chain problem. Why did they not catch this during the inspection? I then dropped my car off on a Saturday afternoon for them to diagnose the problem with the acceleration issues. Monday comes around... nothing. Tuesday... nothing. Finally I cal... read more

They forgot to put the oil cap after the oil change, the oil splashes out everywhere. When I got back to the store, the customer service is really bad that I didn't even get an apology.

Terrible, Terrible Service!!!! My mother-n-law took her car to this location, over a month ago, to have her brakes done & she still hasn't gotten her car back.... The car was sent to the local ***** dealership, b/c something was done wrong at this location.... Firestone agreed to pay for the work, pur her in a rental car, only for ********** to start calling & threatening her that she would be charged extra, if she kept the car any longer, so she turned the rental car in.... I took my **** F-150 to Firestone on 07/15/2019 after my truck started rough idling and weak acceleration. The check engine light was also blinking. I dropped it off around 5pm and they called me back on 7/16 at 10:31 AM to ask if I've ever had the spark plugs replaced. I told them no. The employee said he asked me about the spark plugs because the diagnostic code P0304 did not tell them the issue. He suggested that I have the spark plugs replaced. Had oil change today and when I got home I had a puddle of oil in my driveway, the Hibdon mechanic didn't tighten the screw , also charge me for extra quart of oil.
