Cheap after market parts - huge mark-up. Had a window motor problem. Took it to these guys and unknown to me, they used a cheap, after-market, substandard part and now it has the same problem. Took it to another mechanic and he showed me the piece of junk motor they put in. Of course they also over charged me on the repair to include a large mark-up on the part. Terrible service. Made an 11am appt. Still at 1pm my vehicle was still in parking lot. Only 1 vehicle was in the service bay. And that women, also waiting for her car in service bay since 8:30am. Nobody at front desk for help or updates. 2 jrs after my appt time, 1pm, asked for my keys back. The gentleman gave me my keys and not a work. Sorry about the inconvenience, explanation, or would you like to reschedule. Just let a dissatisfied customer leave without a single word. Very poor service. What are appts for ??
Brought my car in the shop because I heard a popping noise coming from the right side of the car. They kept my car for over 24 hours and charged me over $1200, they changed the the Strut assemble which did not solved the problem. I took my car to the dealer and the problem was fixed for $143.50 which the problem was a super arm plate that was loose. All my car need was to "fasten super arm plate bolt". This is a rip off. E.L.

TERRIBLE service! HORRIBLE experience ! BAD customer service and Unqualified/Incompetent management in this Firestone store. Brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check a slow leak on a tire. They told me I needed all new tires and that the slow leak was due to low tread. I declined and asked them to just do the oil change and rotation. The same tire in the same location, identifiable by a scuff on the rim, continued to have a slow leak. Pulled the tire off myself and found a small nail in it. This is for the Firestone located at 6836 Lone Tree Way, Brentwood, CA 94513. Had an oil change yesterday and late at night, we noticed that there is a leak and oil spilled all over underneath the car. Went to the place and the lady just gave an attitude and we're asking for them to clean the garage and they do not want to do it because they do not clean garage. First off the safety of my parents, 2nd oil spilled all over because of not doing a great job, 3rd attitude?
Do not use Firestone on Main st, Frisco Texas. Roy the Manager has no idea what is going on in his shop. They gave us our car back, without a bolt on the suspension and never mentioned it. They wrote it down, told us about 3 other things, that we had done to the car. But missed the fact the tire was going to fall off the car (which it did). The manager just called me a liar, telling me that he doesn't know if they mentioned it. We would, of course, have a bolt added given that the car should never have been driven. After taking my vehicle in for an oil change they failed to put the oil filter on fully. Now my head gasket is blown, and I have been waiting weeks to find out what's going to be done.
