I purchased four tires from Tire Rack and the service was great. On Tire Rack web site they list installers and one was Wheelworks. So I called the Walnut Creek, CA Wheelworks and explained that I purchased tires from Tire Rack and asked if they could install them and they said yes. Firestone doesn't stand behind their actions I took my care to fix a flat in a brand new tire. (It was a small nail in the center of the tire), They opened the tire patched the hole but never removed the nail. Two days later tire start leaking again because the nail punctured thru the patch i took it back and they tried to put a rubber plug!!!!! Better fix your car elsewhere! Two for two terrible experiences, incompetent technicians and mean manager. I drive a *** 3-series, recently had a flat tire in my right rear side because of road hazard (tiny punture on shoulder so not repairable), took it to my local Firestone Complete Auto location on Burlington St in Iowa City, IA because they had good hours. Here's my entire tale: â?¢ 7/30/19 - 8am: As I'm driving into work (In Hiram, GA, coming from ATL) a car makes an illegal left turn up ahead, I slam the brakes hard and honk at the driver. After that, my car starts to give this slight shaky-shuffle feel. It's subtle, but I notice it. All 4 rims got scratched during a tire install!! I came here as I ordered tires from************* and this was their recommended installer so I could ship to them for free. The shop installed the tires the next day but to my surprise when I got home all 4 of my 20 inch painted rims had huge scratches going around the edge of the rim right next to where the rim meets the tire. Went in for oil change, they said I needed brakes. Replaced the brakes, when I got the car back it had barely any braking power. I took it back and they said my strut broke and I needed to replace both. After getting it back the second time the brakes were still bad and the suspension felt really off. Took it to the dealer and everything is wrong. Brake pad out in wrong, broken shock absorber, etc Very frustrating.

Awful! My car stalled after service because they forgot to reconnect a hose. I went in for an oil change and came out with a crack in my windshield. Manager Steve M******** was unprofessional and took no responsibility. I will make sure I let my friends and family know to never take vehicles to Woodbury Tires Plus.

I live in Chesapeake VA and went to the Firestone at Chesapeake Square Mall. I figured I would give Firestone a shot, so I set up an appointment for an alignment because they were the cheapest place around. I couldn't get off so I sent my wife over there with the car and she called me because they said they have to do $500 worth of corrections before they could do the alignment.
