Had tires under warranty and sone how 3 months later , tire plus didn't carry them anymore. charged me another 130$ more for 2 new tires. Didn't even get a refund or at least credit for the old ones that were under warranty. Don't recomend this place anymore.

Watch out! Something fishy going on here. I took in my car for the rear brakes because i noticed it pulsating when I would slow down. They did some additional checking and then called to tell me that along with new rear brakes and rotors, my coolant reservoir was completely empty. They suggested a $27 pressure test to see what might be the problem and I agreed. They then called me back to tell me that I had a cracked radiator, spongy hoses and a broken thermostat. the manager Scott K*** refused to make lifetime service of my car, which i paid upfront,because i do it too often,even if my car need service. The mechanics checked air tire pressure on hot tires in previous services.

I got the lifetime alignment on several of my cars an it has paid for its self thanks to the Colorado roads. I found setting a appointment really helps to save time. I only go to the store on 104th they have a better quality of workers for sure. I have tried other stores an left unhappy so 104 is the store I take my cars to.

I purchased a lifetime warranty for tire alignment. This year on 3 different occasions I make appt. wait 2 1/2 hours to be told oh the alignment machine just went down or I made appt. get there at 5:30 pm And I told okay will be ready at 7pm. I get there at 7pm and told the guy that does the alignment let at 4:30 , I was so upset. I would give zero stars if I could. I've been in this firestone at least seven times this past month for the same problem (oil leak) and absolutely no results. Awful customer service, Jim has rescheduled me every single time he has worked somehow. Pushing me two hours to days back. I have to leave for the Holliday's this week and my vehicle is still not fixed. I've been sitting here for 30 minutes at my already pushed back two hours rescheduled appointment and my truck hasn't even touched. Customer service is literally nice ... read more

The ability to properly install new tires and oil filters is completely lacking. I lost a hubcab after ordering 2 new tires, then one of the tires went flat after 24 hrs, because they broke the valve stem. Several days later the oil filter they installed fell off, causing all the oil to spill out of my engine onto the highway possibly damaging my engine. I had to wait 2 hours to be towed 40 miles back to their facility, which cost me several hours of pay as I was late to work.I filed 2 reports with their complaint department... read more

Use these clowns with CAUTION! I purchased a 6-year warranty ********** battery from the Davis M****** Firestone in 2017. Twice in the last month the battery left me dead. The first time, I took it to my local ************ and they charged it up. The second time I notice the battery was swelling (a sign of imminent failure) and I took it to the Robins Firestone. Tires Plus replaced struts on my car, took 3 trips for them to try to correct the alignment. Finally just gave up and took it to the ***** Dealer. Corporate refused to call me and after seeing the number of complaints on BBB, I understand why.
