I had been pleased with the two sets of tires and the service I had received until today. As per the sales contract of my most recent tire purchase, the tires are to be rotated for free. When I called for an appointment a few days ago, I was also promised free balancing. When I went in at the scheduled time today...the service advisor/sales associate said balancing was NOT free. STORE #308521 Plantation, FL. I made an appointment on Friday July 12 2019 for the purchase and installation of 2 tires the following morning Sat 13 2019 at 10:00 AM. I dropped off the car at 9:55 AM. According to the paperwork, the car would be ready at 12:00 PM (2 hours after drop-off). Having received no call by 2:00 PM (4 hours past drop-off and 2 hours past estimated completion), I called the store and was told that my car was "next in line". GOING TO CALL THE COPS ON YOU !!! READ THIS- ALL OF IT- AND IF YOU'RE A PERSON OF COLOR BEWARE, YOU WILL BE STEREOTYPED AND GIVEN POOR SERVICE. I had my Left and Right tire wheel bearings done at this location in 2014. At the time only the Right needed to be done, I was told usually when one goes the other will soon go out. Filed a complaint at the corporate level based on unprofessional, impolite staff doing really poor quality work in a completely unacceptable time frame. Think that just about covers the short and long of it. Asked for Mgr and couldn't get anywhere, asked for the area manager and he Hung up on me twice while I was in the middle of saying hello. Left two messages that have gone unreturned. ALL **** REVIEWS give very same experiences. Sad, very sad overall consumer experience.

I took my car up to the firestone on airport rd to get a front end alignment and told them I had done work done on the driver's side that's why I needed it done. They called to tell me I needed a new hub because mine was loose. I told them the hub was new that maybe something had come loose in the wheel to please check so he did and came back to the phone to tell me no it needed a new hub. My experience at this Firestone was the least professional business I have ever experienced. I drove to El Paso to buy a car and brought it immediately to the closest mechanic to get it checked out. First, they kept my car overnight without telling me so I had to buy a hotel room at the last minute. The next day they kept the car for six hours doing about $1300 worth of repairs to the car without telling me they were doing so. Good customer service up front; but the mechanics need to be held responsible and management needs to be more proactive in listening to customers. I have taken my vehicle up there more times than I can count and no matter how many times I get it back something is wrong or there is more damage to the car when it is returned. They have not fixed the AC issues in my vehicle after three return trips. The car sustained damage to the brake booster since it was returned from Firestone's care.
