I went there. The parts cost 200.00 and they charged me 800.00 for labor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO STARS!!!

They need ZERO stars! I had CV axles done August 12, 2019 and on October 12, 2019 one suddenly came out because they knowingly put the wrong size on. I and or my family could have been killed if that happened in the highway at a high rate of speed or had my car been struck due to abruptly stopping. I'm just VERY fortunate that it happened just before I got to the highway. I won't ever use Firestone again!

For years my wife and I have taken advantage of the fact that there was a Firestone Complete Auto Care store within 5 minutes of our house (*******************, Denver, CO, 80234). We've taken our ******** and ******** to that store since we moved into the area in 2014 for a variety of help, including tires and oil changes. On September 23rd, we had our ******** Escalade taken into the store. I talked with the manager, Louie, about the repairs. He told me that the total cost would be about $630. I'm writing to share my frustration and utterly disgust with Firestone Complete Auto Store# 26247. Address: 5960 Red Bug Lake Rd. Winter Springs FL 32708. Tuesday, Nov 19 10:30 AM- had an appointment for an alignment and remove nails to repair tires. I dropped of the key and wheel lock at 10:15 and was told both jobs should take 2.5 hours. 12:15 PM - I was contacted stating they can't repair the tire and it needs to be replaced. I went to Firestone Jackson Tn, on Vann drive. I had a appointment for a tire rotation and alignment. I arrived early and noticed only one couple in waiting area. I also noticed a few bays were open. I informed agent that I was in a time crunch and would appreciate it if they could make it quick. I don't understand the BBB's "A" rating of this company. I won't go back to Tires Plus. I was quoted over the phone $189 to replace brake pads, but when they inspected my brakes, the cost went up to over $900!!! I could not afford $900 so had the rear brakes only worked on which was $389 (what happened to the $189?) When I drove home, I smelled a strong burnt/chemical smell and heard a rubbing sound, so I called back and was told the smell was normal for new brake pads... thank God I decided to take the car back right away. ... read more

Took two days to get a flat fixed. I should have gone elsewhere, like *************. To Jeremy A****, Store Manager. I dropped off my rim and tire that had a flat from a screw at 1030am on Saturday. Easy fix. I explained that I'll be in Sunday morning to pick it up. I was told "No Problem". Wait, am I a problem? Do they really want to help me, I thought. Then I'm told there is a cost. Ok fine. Took my car in to have the tires rotated and balanced. Marked each of my tires with a number before I brought it in. When my vehicle was "done", I arrived to find all the tires in the exact same location as when I dropped it off. When confronted, everyone at the store claimed the work was completed. I know for a fact it was not. He also told me they did not need to be balanced during a rotation unless a weight has fallen off.
