To Whom It May Concern, On Monday January 27, 2020, I took my automobile to the Firestone store to have them reset a gauge on my car. There was nothing wrong with the tire but the gauge needed to be reset. While in town we were driving on 28th Street headed west when my car would not go. The engine would rev up but the car did not move. I am a retired pastor, 82 years old and will be 83 in July. As the light turned green my car would not go. Do not come here. I paid $1,700 to have my leaks completely fixed. Ethan who no longer works there reassured me that my car was no longer leaking even after I took it back 3 times to tell him it was still leaking. I called and emailed corporate to file a claim and ask for a refund and was told someone will contact me back within 48 hours. No one has contacted me back and it's been over a week. Never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever!!! Take your car to this Firestone at 1 6400 North Western Ave, Edmond, OK 73013. They damaged my car because of their incompetent technicians and refuse to accept responsibility! I will make them pay!!

I have a vehicle I sent there to pass inspection $1500 later and they can't figure out why the engine light is still on. This is the second time Firstone has done this. We found out that if it can't be fixed for $450 then a waiver is then issued $450 REALLY NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION NEVER LET US KNOW THIS. THEY ALSO DID THIS TO A ***** 2500 I had years ago. I went to the Greenville, SC location located at 1104 Woodruff Road on 1/26/2020 because I had a noise coming from my tire. I didn't have an appointment but they took me right in and found out there was a problem with my wheel. They gave me a great price and fast service. I highly recommend going to Firestore especially this location.

My husband took our truck to have tires rotated and balanced. He was asked it he wanted the tires taken off the rims and switched, so the shiny side of the rim would show once they had been rotated. He told them yes and was advised there would be a $30.00 charge for this. He said ok. He would pay the $30.00. 2 days later he noticed the rims looked corroded and assumed those were not the same rims. He called the county constable office and a constable came to our house. Forced to pay for damages Firestone made to vehicle while in for service. Firestone, Shorewood IL, damaged another part while removing the initial part to be replaced. This resultantly caused the vehicle to be rendered undrivable and were forced to make another costly repair at my expense. There was no offer of negotiation. I would have ceased all repairs after said damage was made and went to another mechanic shop, however, due to the nature of the damage caused by them, the car is undrivable. I needed my oil changed, and went there for only this purpose. i walked in and one of the staff looked directly into my eyes, and then walked into another office. No greeting of any kind. I stood for another 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out and help me. Eventually a person came from the area where the vehicles were being serviced, and provided assistance. Took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment around the thanksgiving holiday 2019. I needed a wheel alignment cause i replaced the front struts, tie rod ends and end links. Around Xmas, a month later and 1500 miles, the camber was so off that the front tires outer edge was worn smooth. I called them back to re-look at the alignment and accused me of replacing parts and basically did nothing to it. I wasted $100.
