Can't recommend the Coralville Ia. Tires plus store. Got two new tires on the rear and they said the tie rods were so loose that they couldn't do the alignment and also needed to replace the steering gear on my ****** highlander for a total of 2,377. To make a long story short I took it to my five star ****** dealer and the 20 years of experience tech. said everything looks just fine. So they went ahead and did the alignment. DO NOT USE THEM. You will regret it. I will never go to this Firestone again.Don't go if you can help it. I took my car that was running fine except losing power on hills. I had it put on a computer and was told it need plugs. They charged me 200 for 4 plugs took 3 hours and now my car won't run right at all. I can't drive it. I went right back after getting down the road a couple miles and turning around. The man was so rude. Horrible customer service! Appointment times are not honored. I made an appointment at 9 am but I'm barely told they don't have the right parts FIVE HOURS LATER! I basically sat and wasted half my day due to their stupidity.

Apparently this company is the parent company of Tires Plus. I had my car towed to them because it died on the side of the highway. They informed me that the 3rd spark plug was installed wrong which caused damage to the coil and the cylinder head. They quoted me a price to repair everything. Then a few days later came back and said that they couldn't get the parts but they could replace the engine with one that had 14,000 more miles on it. Had an appointment at 3:00 on Saturday, Feb. 29th. Called them at 5:00 to find out if the van was ready and was told they haven't even put the van up yet. We arrived at Firestone at 5:45 and we were told they still haven't begun to put the new tires on. Seriously? Why make an appointment if this place has absolutely no intention of completing the task? We will be putting horrible reviews on every site we can find and tell everyone we know to avoid this crappy place. Worst customer service and a freaking joke!

Took $4,500 did not fix the problem refuse this is due any warranty work it keeps charging me extra and extra and extra I still don't have an air condition in my car managers taking advantage of a terminally ill cancer patient

I'm not going back.for any service. I spent $845 dollars for 4 new tires. Now my pick up truck at highway speed shacking. I went back and explain the problem and they said need the truck for 4 more hours. Went they haves the truck for 5 hours they need 9 hours to install 4 tires?

They did not complete my tire rotation, don't use them.
