You guys are thieves. I plan on making a Google review. You tried to charge me 1500$ for a job worth 100$ at the dealership that I just got....your reps even admitted I didn't really need the work, but they couldn't do the work I needed without it. When I didn't fall for it all of a sudden I could have just what I needed done at what I assume an inflated price as well...... Tires Plus
I think that Tires Plus is a dishonest group who take advantage of their customers vulnerability to the business. Tires Olus do not own up to their decisions and will leave the customers out to dry.
If I could give NO stars I would! I have taken my vehicle here (Firestone Auto Care in Melbourne, FL) three times now and they've struck out with me- I will NEVER go back... not to ANY Firestone. I knew they were over-priced to begin with (researched in advance), however, the location was extremely convenient as it allowed me to WALK from home and back to drop off/pick up my vehicle. This incident has occurs two times in the last six weeks. I have dropped my car off in the early morning for repair work. I requested the work to be completed by a specific time. Each time I was told that the wrong tires or parts were deliver to them so they couldn't complete the work on the time requested. Each time I had to call and tell Firestone to complete the work. Worst experience I have ever had! Spent approximately $1000 to get new tires, a battery, and an oil change. The very next day, my tire pressure monitoring switch came on, so I called the store to let them know. I set a new appointment to have them look at it, and took it in. Store manager Greg, comes out and says there's nothing they can do, as the light was on before I brought it to them, And that the technician noted it. DON'T EVER GO HERE! I went in for an oil change and brake inspection. They told me the suspension rods needed to be replaced (news to me). When I pick up the Ridgeline truck later that day, all of a sudden the radio didn't work, fuses were unplugged, and guess what?!?! the suspension rods were making noises. I took my car her a few months back because my car was squeaking and had a shake in it when pressing brakes. I was told by Jason that I had to replace my break. After Jason replace my brakes I drive off get down the road, press the break and there is still shaking called Tire plus he said to bring it back and he would take a look at it. WE took our car for an alignment we had a 12-month guarantee and they tried to charge me After the alignment the car drove horrible Firestone does not know what they are doing.The manager didn't give me a receipt and hid it under his clipboard this is the one on Arapahoe Rd they are one of the worst and I will not ever take my car there again.
I think that tires plus operated in Elsmere Kentucky is run very poorly. I took my car there on 12/20/2018 to get my tire pressure rechecked after purchasing tires there recently. They had told me that I had 50 lbs of tire pressure in one of my tires. Which I know better than that. Then when they released my car to me. They said all my tires were ok and all the tire pressure is normal. You can see clear as day. Two of my tires are clearly low. I will never do business with this company again
