Eastbrunswick NJ Firestone complete auto care center on route 18 by Eastbrunswick Mall is a rip off. They billed me for work that they did not do and now I'm trying to get the bank to clear my charges and they to are not helpful. They told me that the manager has to do a reversal on the bill. Then all did they did was lie to me about the manager Chris not being there when he was and hiding in the back. Love my new Blizzaks but have to leave a 1 star review for the Iowa City FireStone shop damaging my car. Over $1000 in damage.
I live 40 miles from the nearest Firestone. I have purchased tires, lifetime alignment, and lifetime rotation/balance packages from Firestone. I make appointments due to the driving distance. Four times I have went to Firestone on Abercorn St (Savannah GA) there always seems to be a problem with getting my veh serviced. Once they had it as a drop off, not an apt. Had to wait an additional two hours to get complete. Next when repairing a tire they installed tire white letters out, had to take back to fix. Next the rotation on... read more
Your warranty does not transfer. I went to the retail location in Madison, MS where the previous owner purchased the tires. I had a leak I wanted to get checked. I was informed that despite only 6,000 miles on the tires, I did not enjoy the benefits of a warranty. They missed a great opportunity to earn a customer.

I bought a '18 ram 2500 Laramie diesel and it came with transforce tires which are a poor excuse of an all terrain they're barely an all season suitable for a soccer mom. They we're extremely fast, don't balance well, and traction is just a straight up joke. I first I went to my dealer and he said to contact Firestone. I started by filling out a form a month or so ago to never receive a reply. I made an appointment for Tuesday at Store #352042 (Firestone Complete Auto Care 2876 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703-4382) for my wife and they called me a few hours before the appointment and said that we can not do it today and reschedule it for Saturday. on Saturday, when she was there, the manager said that we do not have anybody to fix it today.
