I visited store #227607 in Louisville Kentucky for the 1st time on 12/17/21 for an oil change and tire rotation. At that time I was advised I needed new filters and tires. You replaced the filters and I advised that I would return for new tires. I returned on 3/26/22 for new tires. This visit I was advised that in addition to new tires, I now also needed a new battery and new lug nuts. Worst customer service ever. I set up an appointment. Brought the vehicle in, Firestone Sterling had it for two days. They said parts needed to be ordered, so I picked up my vehicle. Once they told me that parts arrived I set up another appointment, brought car in at 8 am. They had my vehicle for the entire day, but never got to it. Picked up my car at 6:30pm, to get the service done with a different company. Good luck trusting them.

Dishonest. Went in for an alignment to a Hibdon Tires Plus 9344 S. Memorial in Tulsa and was told I needed $1024 worth of ball joints (2) and a tie rod end before they could align it. I replaced the drivers lower a-arm last year (new ball joint) and was dubious of the assessment, so I left. I inspected the front end personally and both ball joints have absolutely no play. I would give 0 stars if I could. Came here because my truck was overheating occasionally and wanted it looked at and for the problem to be solved. They started with a diagnostic, ran a faulty block test, and gave me a false "pass". They then recommended me to fix 3 things, costing roughly $1,000 after labor. I paid for them to be "fixed", and immediately after leaving the lot, my truck begins to overheat. I had scheduled and appointment 4 days out day of the appointment had the car dropped off and they never looked at it. Next day I call and try to get the work done all that is needed is a starter change but nooo they instead argue and yell at me on the phone and tell me to go someplace else. I will and never going here again.

They tried to charge me for something that I did not need. They said I needed a $500 oil pan and that the plug was stripped. I told them I couldn't afford it and they said they would make something work for me. The next month I went and got my oil changed elsewhere and there was absolutely no problem with the plug and I did not need a $500 oil pan.

Took my car into Firestone initially on January 25th 2022 regarding my car overheating at idle. Firestone advised me to leave my car and they would complete an "engine diagnostic" to let me know what the issue was. I was then charged an amount of $629.99 to complete the variety of repairs. Not more than about a week later the vehicle started to overheat again! I took it back at 2/5/22 at 9:49am They took the vehicle in to complete a "cooling pressure test" then charged me $909.59 for the needed repairs to take place. ... read more

I brought my vehicle in to have all four tires replaced. Less than a week later a wheel came detached while I was driving. Looking at the wheel it was clear that nothing was broken, it just wasn't tightened properly and there is body damage to the front of the vehicle. After having it towed back to Tires Plus (at their expense) it was about two weeks later that I got a call that it was ready to pick up. Chris at firestone location on Electric Rd. In Roanoke VA is a dishonest person. Said there was a tire shortage and sometimes you "get what you get." But never told me I was getting a tire w different threads. Showed me a nail in back tire. Said it couldn't be patched. To close to wall but more than a quarter from wall. Called and complained, he yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me.
