I love living here! It is so quiet, and the manager Colleen is the best. And truly cares.
Lived here since 2021, and ever since Morgan took over as manager, this place has only been improving in quality. Maintenance is fully staffed and responds super quickly, grounds are always well kept and clean, and everyone you talk to is super friendly and understanding.
Love ❤️ living at Delaware at Primrose. I've been here for 18 years. It's always had good lawn care. Repairs are always done in a timely manner. It also has a beautiful swimming 🏊♀️ pool that is maintained daily. 😊
I’ve been living at Rosewood Village Apartments and have really enjoyed my time here so far. The property is well-kept, and the environment is generally quiet and comfortable. It’s a nice place to come home to after a long day. The staff has been professional and easy to work with, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled in a reasonable amount of time. Over the past years this place has felt like home! I’ve lived on the basement level and it’s been a great apartment. Kudos to Jeremiah for being a great manager and always being reliable and kind. I highly recommend living here!
Stable office staff and great help. I love the pool and very pet friendly. Neighbors are good now!
I love living here the environment here is so peaceful. There have pet station for pet wast and bags. They also have a dog park.
I just renewed my lease for the first time with Delaware on Primrose. Overall, I do like living here and enjoy being able to call this place home. However, there have been some issues with management since I moved in. As other reviews state, the biggest concern is the lack of maintenance. I do not know if this is due to how maintenance employees are treated/payed but I have lived in other properties that have consistent maintenance employees because it is a well payed and desirable job. I have renewed my lease multiple times. They have added a small dog park and you have access to an offsite gym now would still recommend.
