IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT PURCHASING WITH HGVC.....PLEASE DON'T We have been trying for over an actual YEAR to get them to take back our timeshare. We have sent in countless concerns through letters, emails, and phone calls. Nothing has been done to help us. They just continue to ignore our request. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE WITH HILTON GRAND VACATIONS. We were offered a 2-night stay in Las Vegas. They said we must buy that day, or we would never get as good a deal in the future. It was supposed to last only 90 minutes, but ended up going on for 6 hours, with constant high pressure. They said we could vacation anywhere at any time we wanted, and this was a blatant lie! We have been trying amicably for MONTHS to cancel our timeshare with Hilton Grand Vacations. DOT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is not worth it. Since entering this agreement, we have not been able to make any reservations. The salespeople swindled us by selling us too few points to ever use. We got an offer for a free flight and a 2-night stay in Orlando FL at a luxury resort, in exchange for going to a 90-minute presentation (it lasted 4 ½ hours!!!). DIAMOND RESORTS IS A SCAM! RUNNNNN! During our stay in LV, my boyfriend and I did not stay at Polo Towers however, we were approached by a diamond resort rep while on the strip. The rep offered us discounted rated for a few activities we wanted to enjoy which also included dinner. When asked what the "catch" was, TWO of them stated all we had to do was sit through a two hour presentation about Polo Tower. We agreed because we could spare those two hours. Be careful with Diamond Resorts. Stay away from it! Zero star for it. Since I have to pick one, I pick 1-star. There should a -1 star for this place. We stayed in Scottsdale Villa Mirage, 11/20-11/27/2020 Be careful! This place takes your money quickly and very slow in refunding, even it's their mistake overcharging you. They charge $29.59 per day as the resort fee, which pretty much is the Internet services. Then, they tell us if we attend their sales presentation, some of that fee can be waived. Don't fall for this scam. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I signed the paperwork. Back in 2016 this gentleman invited us for a 2 days and 3 nights vacation, all we had to do is sit in for a conference presentation. But the lie was extended to another attendance when we arrived. They claimed due to limited time they couldn't tell us everything about this timeshare membership so we were promised free 2 days and 3 nights vacation where we were to ask all the questions we might have and even we would be allowed to canc... read more

Beware of ANY encounters with Diamond. We have been in countless meetings with them over the years where their employees have told us that we would earn millions of dollars in equity when they became a public company. At one point we tried to cancel our contract within the legal cancellation period we were denied. When we have tried to discuss our concerns with their legal department, they never return our calls. If I could give them a negative rating I seriously would. We bought a time share prior to the pandemic and because of the pandemic my family has chosen not to travel. I have asked for a.refund several times and they have denied my request. This company will not force me to travel. I just want my money back i don't want an extension.
