Buckle up! Wife and I were young and impressionable at 26 years old. Got a cool trip in Vegas paid for and had to go to the presentation. It lasted 5 hours. We had no money but the concept was cool to us. We honestly said no 4 times. Each time they came back with a lower package for us. We had no money. "It is cool but we can't afford it" we kept saying. In a word, this company is a complete scam. I was promised IN WRITING very detailed specifics about my 'free travel certificate' and none of it was honored. Their facilities may look nice, but do not be deceived. This company practices completely deceptive business practices and could care less if they commit fraud. Steer clear and use your travel money with reputable organizations! I have been in contact with Diamond Resorts customer service and a customer service supervisor and have received zero satisfaction.

DO NOT LET HILTON SCAM YOU!!!! In our five years of ownership we have NEVER taken a vacation using this timeshare. We have invested a considerable amount of money into something that has no real value or use to us. We were at an event and saw a booth offering a free cruise and golf in exchange for attending a 90-minute presentation. We felt like this was a fair trade, so we decided to attend. This began our terrible experiences with Diamond. We were in that presentation for over 6 hours! We left cold, hungry, and believing that this was a real estate investment, and the rental income would more than cover our ownership costs. This is the worst investment anyone can make. It is basically a scam. We have been trying to get out of our ownership since the first year we've had it. No one is willing to talk to us or help us. We have no visibility to how they are trying to resell and they say the resale market is bad. Even though we are listing for about 1/5 of what we paid. Beware of your contact information being released post stay and the tsunami of calls that come with it. Hilton Grand Vacations either continues to sell or sold my contact info for a single stay 4+ years ago and it has caused a number of 3rd party agencies calling me unsolicited without end. Signing a timeshare contract with this company was the worst decision I could've made. I attended a timeshare meeting with their sales representatives named Missy ***** and Serena *********** in March of 2018. They sold me on having a sturdy vacation plan in place and have multiple vacation destinations at the click of a button. We are Hilton Time share owners and have been for several years. Since we originally bought in to Hilton Grand Vacations we have experienced unbelievably rude sales people.
