I went on a Hilton Grand Vacations trip about a year ago, attended the whole timeshare spiel and all that. The trip was fine and I feel like if you don't buckle to the pressure of the presentation and don't buy a timeshare, then you actually get an okay deal out of the trip itself. They scammed us, during the pandemic they cancelled the trip we were to take last March, we asked for the money back because we didnt want to book any more trips now, but need to pay some Bill's because of lost of work in the family. When we were able to get someone on the phone, they told us not our problem! Hilton was not giving us our money back and it's been a year. Do not trust these people!!!

DO NOT BUY WITH HILTON GRAND VACATIONS We have been sending in complaint after complaint about our situation to Hilton since JULY and they keep either ignoring us, or sending the same generated response which goes along the lines of "We're sorry you're dissatisfied, but we cannot help you". Just another Timeshare scam with the Hilton name! We purchased a package for travel to Orlando in March 2020. Obviously, because of stay at home orders, we were unable to travel. And Disney was closed. We asked for a refund, they only gave us a partial refund. We've been loyal Hilton Honor's members for years. We're very disappointed and will never make the mistake of using Hilton Grand Vacations ever again.

We are extremely unhappy with our ownership of our Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare. We have paid off our mortgage and are current with our maintenance fees. We have asked Hilton for months now for immediate assistance in selling or giving back our timeshare ownership to no avail. Please be aware of Diamond Resorts. They are crooks. They lie about their benefits to get you to sign up. They manipulate their presentation. In December of 2020 visited Mystic Dunes. The entire presentation was based on saving money towards yearly maintenance fees. Use your points to generate cash value then apply towards fees. Diamond Resorts sales team at all of their Resorts are paid by commission and the company accepts all of their lies and misrepresentations. Flat out lies by salespersons is a requirement to be successful with Diamond Resorts. We were told that we had to join Diamond from another Timeshare so we did. Boy was that a mistake.
