We were vacationing in Las Vegas when we approached in the lobby of Circus Circus and offered a gift if we attended a sales presentation. I wish there was an option for no stars, as Diamond Resorts doesn't even deserve that!!! After receiving the "hard sell" in Sedona, AZ, we ended up purchasing the sampler for $3,000. We were told that we could use it to book a resort, the same as any other Diamond property owner would. That was a big lie and definitely a case of misrepresentation. We purchased our Diamond Resort in 2016 in 2017 we pay the full balance off $15,000,soon after each time we call to try to get a it was CHOOSE another date, in 5 years it was used only once in 2016, Diamond Resort jas been a scam, we've for the last 3 year have contacted them saying we dont want it ! Absolute terrible customer service got charged a 500$ smoking fee and there was never anything smoked just empty packages went to front desk to resolve the issue they told me there was nothing I could do even though the wrongfully charged me I will never book with another Hilton again terrible service Katrina at the front desk is extremely rude would never recommend this shit hole to anyone
We have reached out to Hilton multiple times with either a lackluster response or a lack of response whatsoever. When we met with our timeshare sales representative, they inquired as to how much money we wanted to spend. Based on that number they showed us a few units available in Florida. In 2017 we sat through a long presentation and told about how great this would be. They said we would be able to travel anytime we wanted and would make traveling easier and affordable. That's just not true! Since we purchased, we have not once been able to use this and have gained over 17,000 dollars in debt! We received a call from some Hilton Grand Vacations reps in 2015 offering us a low-cost trip to Las Vegas if we were to attend a one-hour timeshare presentation. This presentation turned into a four-hour ordeal, where we were pressured to the point where we felt that our only option was to make a purchase so that we could leave and enjoy the rest of our trip. i've been an owner at HGVC since 20008. For the past 9 yrs have never stayed at a HGVC resort. Always flip my points to Hilton Honors, Anyway, I was late paying in full my 2021 dues...
