I would not recommend this company AT ALL. After the continuous disappointment with our purchase, we felt that we had no other choice than to request for termination. We had requested a cancellation of our contract in hopes of avoiding any further inconveniences and disappointments to our family. Hilton Grand Vacations contacted me in June 2018, I purchased the vacation package as it seemed ideal for my family. In June 2019, I extended the package, planning to travel in the Spring of 2020. However, the pandemic stopped all travel thus canceling the intended trip. I called May 2021 to rebook travel and HGV said I could no longer use the purchased package because it expired during the pandemic. Total Scam. Bought into the Hilton Grand Vacation Club 20 years ago when it was owned and operated by Hilton. Has since been sold to another company that runs it like every other Timeshare Scam. Wish I had the the option to opt out of the new ownership. If you're thinking of buying into the Hilton Grand Vacation Club because of the Hilton name - STOP. Save your money, and a lot of aggravation by paying for nice hotels as you go. You'll gain a lot more flexibility and save money in the long run. If I can deter even one person... read more

This company has lies and misrepresented everything they do. I am surprised that Hilton has associated themselves with them. First they told us we could sell our unit at anytime but when we tried to they refused to work with the company we contracted to sell the unit. They LP Vacations said they would buy the unit but offered less than 25 percent of what we paid for the unit. Only because it doesn't allow '0' stars Doing business with this company was a BIG mistake. Since entering the contract, we have not been able to make any reservations. We have received no value or benefit from this timeshare. We were given a free room at the Hilton Grand Hotel on Paradise, in exchange for going to a vacation club seminar. Hilton Grand Vacations has no regard for its customers. All they care about is your money. My contract was dated April 15, 2016, in Orlando FL. The sales rep. was Walter Scott. I've given this company over $29,000. These contracts were entered with my late wife. She passed away in 2018 and I now am facing serious burdens due to this timeshare. Stay far away! We have been loyal owners of this company since we purchased our timeshare in July of 2001. Back then it was a lot different. The rooms were better looking and the service was unmatched. Since that time we have noticed a decline in both areas. We figured we could get better rooms and spots if we upgraded, so in 2010 we did just that. We vacationed for a few more years and then upgraded again in 2017. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing any business with this company. They will take complete advantage of you. I have been requesting a termination since August of 2020. No assistance has been offered. I have given this company over $20,000 only to be ignored and treated terribly. At the presentation, the pressure was so intense that I started crying.
