they were really nice when scheduling our vacation in 2019 for 2020. When our trip in 2020 got canceled due to COVID it was rescheduled to 2021. They are saying annual payment for 2021 needs to be received for the rescheduled trip that was already been paid for. I'm assuming many are leaving their membership due to travel restrictions so they are taking it out on members by requiring future payments for old trips. this is not fair. i called the office and they were very rude about it and said the fact they rescheduled the tr... read more

Do NOT buy a time share with Diamond Resorts International. They will rip you off thousands of dollars. I was late with my maintenance fees due to the situation we are facing and they closed my account. When I was finally able to pay for my maintenance dues I called and they closed my acct. Yes they closed the acct and all those thousands of dollars spent on points are gone just because they are not willing to work with their members. Everything on this feedback is correct . This is a SCAM. We have spoke to upper management with no answers . All trips and doorbells are a gimmick to get you in. RUN RUN RUN...They sell your loan after 45 days of signing and that is a common practice for them however they do not share that information with you. When they promise to finance you internally it is a lie. Please do not buy into the bullcrap that they try to sell you. I would not recommend them to anyone. They did not live up to their claims of service. I had a complaint that was not addressed and was shuffled from one person to another without any resolution. They should be avoided at all costs David C.

I do not trust Diamond because of their dishonesty. We booked a trip through diamond with airfare that stated refundable because we chose 1st class. The trip had to be canceled and after a year of not having our money refunded we have been overly patient. Now after an email that stated we would get a full refund we are being told we are not getting our full refund. This company is a sham. Diamond Resorts is the definition of a scam company. My wife and I sat through a day long presentation about the company and after being hit with car-salesmen like tactics for hours on end we decided to decline their offers. Once we had told at least 3 different people over the process of 5 hours that we were not interested, they sent us to one last guy. 1 star is generous! Do NOT book with HGV! Deceptive and unethical sales tactics! Room at Anderson Club Spa in Myrtle Beach was filthy and when were asked for corporate number to discuss the issues we were given the wrong number! They promise you lobster and you get hot dogs! Do NOT buy! Thankfully, we did not! Sales was a super pushy! Felt like they were selling a car!

After speaking with an Hawaiian Airlines agent, we were transferred to a Hilton Grand Vacations agent who offered us a 70% discount for a 4 night 5 day stay at one of their locations in Waikoloa, Hawaii as long as we attended a 2 hour time share presentation. The dates were confirmed with agent Tanya, deposit of $299, with $387.99 due, was charged to our account, but was told to refer to subsequent email for a contact number to call to select either a studio or 1 bdrm condo unit and schedule 2 hour time share presentation. What a nightmare. Since becoming a member, I have never used this timeshare. I rented it out one time. The contract was dated April 7, 2017, in Myrtle Beach SC. Sales reps. were David ******* and Carol. The meeting lasted for 2 hours. I was not given time to read the contract, and I do not recall being given a copy of the signed contract either.
