When we first arrived at this sales presentation the salespeople were really nice, but we came to find out that they were lying straight through those smiles. First lie was about the duration of the presentation, we were told it would last 90 minutes, but the presentation plus the sales pitch made this meeting go on for 3 long hours. They told me that I was buying a timeshare real estate investment that would rise in value over time which would make it a good investment. I was contacted numerous times to attend a presentation. When I attended this presentation, the more I stated I could not afford it, the harder they pressed me to purchase it. They told me they would figure out a way to make it affordable to me. I was extremely pressured into these purchases. It was not explained to me that I would pay maintenance fees for the rest of my life and that they would continue to go up. This is not a good program at all! I was lied to in order to purchase package. Call back to speak to Supervisor. Was told one would call me back but that didn't happen. Last Representative I spoked to, confirmed what I was saying from listening recording. She was unable to provide Supervisor only that one would eventually call me back. Then she hung up on me.

***************************** It is very difficult to get any reservation. I completely agree with the comments about hard sales techniques. We also signed a contract just about the time he did. Would like to know how to get out of it.

Good afternoon. I am unsure who to contact at this point in regards to our problems and complaints that we have had with Hilton Grand Vacations. In addition to the false information that we received from them prior to signing our contract, we are now extremely frustrated with the fact that we have paid over 27k with Hilton and they will not even listen to our complaints. I have not been able to book reservations since buying the time share with Hilton Grand Vacations in 2021. The following is in direct conflict with information from the sales presentation. A credit card was pushed on us in order to get bonus points and avoid a year of interest rates. There was misrepresentation given of vacation ownership as an â??investment that would appreciate in value over time. Diamond Resorts is one giant scam after another. I bought a traditional week timeshare 25 years ago, when diamond took over the maintenance fees skyrocketed. Every time we went to presentations/updates they tried to get us to buy points and we would always say no. One night they badgered us for a few hours and when we kept saying no, they out right lied to us. They told us we could switch to points but our maintenance fees wouldn't change from the 900 weeks to the 1800/yr points fee. We said ok. This cost us 3500-4000 that ... read more

As club members we were invited for an hour " Members' benefit update". It wass set up swith predetory ways makiing us belive therw were beneffits that actually did not exist. We accepted what the sales person offered but at quality assurance that the club provides, we realized that what we were offered it was not true. We rejected the sale.

They have roaches and don't want to fix the problem. My boyfriend went to discuss the roaches with the front desk and Joey gave him a hard time. Joey said that all he can offer us was an apology. After questioning this he then changed his approach and stated he can give us a compensation card for 20%. We then questioned how he now all of a sudden can compensate us when he just said all he can offer is an apology. We then asked to speak with a manager and Joey said he said he is the manager.
