Hgvc does not produce statements for their loan products. The only way to get a statement is to call and they are impossible to get on the phone. Its outrageous that there are no online or paper statements and the only thing they can produce on an ad hoc, by request, basis is a payment summary. Its also impossible to get anyone in the phone to request said payment summary. BEWARE

When I purchased this, it was told to me to be something easy to use, making travel more affordable, and an all-around good thing to own. Which is not all the truth. This company does not care what they have to do or say in order to make a sale. Since purchasing my family has had major health issues requiring my attention, unemployment, a divorce, and now COVID. We did the tour 2 hours, promised on and off 24 hour bus tour , we paid $60.00. First sales rep great. When we said no, here comes another one mean, rude. Still said no first rep come back , rude, then comes the last one haha" customer relations " my ***! Beyond rude, throw papers at us, told us just take your free stuff and get out of here. First it was not "free" we paid $60.00 for rudeness and we didn't get the bus tour. We got all the attractions we didn't want or would do. Don't do it! Nothing but a scam!

I would not even give them 1 star. I wait on hold for 2-3 hours if I try to contact them. They are not flexible with changing travel due to COVID and basically just force you to lose your points and thousands of dollars.

During the meetings, they go on and on about how this is going to be an excellent investment for travel, affordable, easy to use, etc. We were not aware that we would be signing a mortgage agreement as though purchasing a home. We were also not told that we could not sell back the property. We told the representative that we wanted to travel often and that we were told that we could use the resort points any time anywhere we wanted to, based on availability. DO NOT BUY WITH HGVC We have been trying to cancel our membership for months now and they will not comply with us or offer us any solutions besides to defer payments or lower the payments. We are not interested in keeping the timeshare. While we are experiencing financial hardship, we will not be filling out the assisted program paperwork. WE ARE NOT LOOKING TO HAVE CHEAPER PAYMENTS.
