We were offered a 3-night stay at the Hilton resort and attend this meeting. They tell you this is going to be the best thing to have, travel will be easier, and that it's affordable. That is not at all the truth. During this stay, we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a big projection screen tv and were told that was what we would be buying. Well, of course, that was also not true as we have never been able to stay in a room like that. We have spent over 22,000 dollars on this and have only been able to get two stays. I have been trying to use my voucher with this company for 19 months now and have had to cancel my trips to Hawaii two times due to the Pandemic and now the Hilton Grand Vacation Club (HGVC) will not refund my money. They just continue to extend out the date. I am Active Duty military and will now be moving overseas for 3 years and will be unable to use the voucher. HGVC just stated, "We are able to cancel and refund your VIP purchase agreement due to an employment related condition."

My mother recently passed away and I have been calling and calling Diamond Resorts to get a point of contact to send the death certificate and have not been able to reach anyone.... its like a maze of never ending telephone holds... what an unprofessional organization !!

Worst company I have ever came in contact with. Very rude and unhelpful customer service. Most of their phone numbers, like the one on their main site, are disconnected. Not sure how they are still in business.

We attended a meeting that was to only be an hour long. When really it took half a day away from our limited vacation. We met with multiple representatives during the presentation. Offers would change depending on our responses and it was hard to keep track of the costs and the value it presented to us. They would write it down then take the paper away, start a new paper, then bring out the other initial paper and everything was handwritten without details, just points and $$ costs so it was hard to track. Love my trips with Diamond! I read some of the other reviews and it seems like people are just complaining about the sales pitch but if you can get past that (my only reason for 4 stars not 5 IS the sales pitch that could be done differently) the membership and all the extras you get are truly awesome, I've been a member for 2 years now and been to Mexico, Key West, Disney and 2 cruises with my kids. NEver could've done all that without having these points. Give it a chance!

we were with sunterra before. we have thru many updates but this one at cancun in las vegas was bad. they sold us a sampler pkg. but it was just lies . the paperwork they gave us was not the paperwork we signed. they forged our signatures on paper work. no names on who we met with.i asked if we had 3 days to cancel and they said yes . we looked at paperwork when we went to our room we saw we could not cancel . we went right back to talk to them but .we were told all the people had gone home for the day. we went home the next... read more

I'm an HGVC owner. I've enjoyed my stays in your hotel in the past. I'd like to share my most recent experience. It's too bad, it was the first time we stayed in a Hilton property since covid. I stayed at the Elara in Las Vegas. I hope that management looks into this issue as I was not heard while in your hotel during my stay. My experience went from bad to worst. 1. My keycard failed three times. I was on the 39th floor. I had to get it resolved each time by going down to the front desk. One of the incident happened at 245 ... read more

We were promised a free cruise and a reduced hotel stay if we attended a short meeting. During this meeting, they go on and on about how this will be the greatest thing you can own. They asked about the kinds of vacations we like to take and how we would be able to travel anywhere in the world for a very affordable price. Nothing they tell you in these meetings is true.
