The Hilton Vacation club presentation was one of the most bizarre presentations I've ever witnessed. The salesperson was all over the map trying to convince my wife and myself what a great deal this was. After 1 3/4 hours I finally asked to see the price of the program. Here's what it came to. These are the actual numbers on the sheet of paper placed in front of me. I took a picture of the program with cell phone. 8,400 points. Gl 2bd King Purchase Price $68,990 Initial deposit 20% $13,798 Closing cost $ 1,291 Due today $15,... read more

We have attempted to contact Hilton on multiple occasions regarding our request to deedback our ownership. They have been completely unhelpful and unresponsive with us. The most recent encounter we received was a call from some department of Hilton asking for a callback. When we returned the call we were unable to get in touch with anyone. We proceeded to send an email to which we have still not received any response. We are completely fed up with the lack of customer service we have received from the company as we find it e... read more

I was subjected to high pressure sales, incorrect pricing information, and "this is only available today" tactics which resulted in my purchasing a Hilton Grand Vacations timeshare. I was given no contact information for the lovely lady who "worked" with me and who assured me she would be my contact if I had any questions or needed assistance. The only contact information I was given was apparently bogus as I was unsuccessful in my attempts to use the contact information on the business card of one "Estelle Jerome" that was ... read more

My wife and I purchased a timeshare from Hilton at Grand Barbados with the understanding that we could use it and that if our circumstances changed due to medical reasons Hilton would help us resolve our problem with a sell back option. As soon as the COVID 19 Pandemic hit we were in Florida and out time shares closed under government orders. Since they have opened again but the following matters concerned us. I developed a incurable cancer and I was already a 100 Percent disabled veteran. Our Timeshare at Grand Barbados is ... read more

A few years ago I went on a trip with Hilton and sat through the presentation where they try to sell you a time share. No big deal there. Now, almost daily I get phone calls with Hilton trying to sell me more stuff. At all times of the day and at a minimum its 3 times a week. This has been going on for years. Ive asked I don't know how many times to be removed from the list and they are the rudest people ever. One guy says, "only if you say sorry". Another guy calls me out if I say I'm at work and says "you're at work with k... read more

We got offered a free 3 night, 4 days stay in Las Vegas if we attended a 1-hour presentation. During the first part of the presentation, we were told this was not a timeshare but that we were owners of Hilton Grand Vacations. They told us we could stay anywhere in the world that Hilton had a property including some exotic places like the Maldives and Bora Bora. The pressure to buy was very intense and relentless, more so after declining a few times. The 3rd proposal was within our budget to afford and we were told we could a... read more

We were given false information to convince us to sign this contract. We were misled and manipulated into this purchase and now they refuse to admit to any wrongdoing. Their company conned us into paying thousands and thousands for a timeshare that we do not want to use and cannot use the way we were promised. Since 2015 we have been listening to these lies and feel that it is time for all that to stop and for them to finally take responsibility for their sales staff's actions. We have never used the timeshare and the lies a... read more

What we were sold and the product we received, the customer service quality, the bullying and gas-lighting have made what was supposed to be a really exciting investment into our worst nightmare. It's been less than a year since we've been members and we are ready to end the relationship. We should have done more research and really understood what we were getting into. Now we're hoping there is some way to recoup some of the $25k we invested. But they've tightened up their contracts to make sure you're in it for life. Best ... read more

At 72 I thought I'd just about seen and heard it all but Diamond Resorts salespeople have set a new standard in the art of lying. Unbelievable low life's that will say anything to get a sale.
