Get directionsPurchase a timeshare Nov. 22 I was stated that I will have acces to Disney resorts thru RCI and knowingly lie they knew that Disney was getting out of RCI. The salesman shine on the presentation about HGVC having access to Disney properties thru RCI. This is misrepreation they lie 30 percent of the properties are impossible to book. LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKING.

I have been trying to establish a member account with Hilton Grand Vacations. The phone wait time is excessive and often gives the message that I should call back on another day for assistance. The system does not return an email when I attempt to reset a password. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to reach a live person?

We were told this wouldn't be a high pressure sale. It was absolutely high pressure. I was also given a rebate for a free night stay at an embassy suites. After submitting my rebate I eventually received an email stating the rebate form was received (Nov 082021) and given a link that doesn't work or exist to track the rebate. No information was provided if there were issues. The link doesn't work, no contact information provided in such cases, and I can't get any help from Hilton in any way after several attempts to resolve ... read more

HGVC is the worst company I've ever done business with! I have been an owner since 2018 and I've only had headaches to show for it. My husband and I were lured in with free trips under the condition that we go to a presentation. It didn't sound like a bad trade-off at the time, but I wish we never went. Can I leave 0 stars? I bought into the timeshare when I shouldn't have. I can own that. What i can't own is all the excess fees and the AWFUL customer service. Their accounting practices are shady. You can never get through when you call. There's no way to email. I have spent HOURS on hold. Requested to get a call back, but I was unavailable by the time they got back to me. Twice. My parents purchased a timeshare from this company many years ago. My mother has since passed away and my father is incapable of making any decisions. I called the Diamond Resorts to find out what we needed to do to have them do a title buy back. Of course they could not talk to me without having a death certificate and a power of attorney. I submitted both documents and have not heard anything from them. I have reached out numerous times without a response. Timeshares are a scam and they will suck your family dry. This past September my wife and I spent a week at the Diamond Resort at Falls Creek, Branson Mo. When we booked the week we were told that we needed to attend a meeting about all the upgrades that has occurred since our last visit. According to Diamond we needed to attend this upgrades every year. We've been through these upgrades before and we realized that these sessions were just an attempt to get us to buy more points. We canceled our timeshare contract within five days of purchase, and the fee was refunded to us. However, Hilton REFUSES to send my husband and me a letter stating that our contract with Hilton Grand Vacations is indeed null and void. I need, in writing, the cancellation of our contract as I fear the possibility of being charged maintenance and other fees in the future for something we do not own.
