Just came from a Diamond review! Found out aftermarket hour that we lost all benefits due to cancellation a contract last fall. We cancelled because the salesmen was a *** liar! It's ok BUT DO NOT BUY DIAMOND! We also were told that we will be getting a letter that are fees will be going up 10% next year! Shame on DIAMOND!

It's very saddening to read through these comments, learning Diamond Resort was doing this to the older group of consumers. I didn't join the program because there were couple of red flags during the presentation. When we checked out after the presentation, what the lady could offer us had different time limitations that we were not told before we paid the $70 for the 2-night hotel stay on the condition of completing the presentation and tour. Diamond Resorts salesman will lie to you about everything. After you sign a contract you can not contact anyone and no one will return your phone calls. I am 80 years old and I have never delt with a more corrupt company in all my years. Take advise from a retired Fireman and DONOT deal with them . They will screw you. .

Do yourself a favor and don't go to the presentation if you can't say no. Our experience was very similar to the other reviews. We went this past Tuesday and spent 3.5+ hours after being told it would be 1.5 hours of our time. After the flowery presentation and being told we would never pay for a hotel again we told the tag team of people we needed to think about the program. The hotel was beautiful but I want my refund of $199.00 to be returned to my bank account for I fulfilled my obligations while being on the trip by attending their 3 hour long sales pitch to buy a time share that I cannot afford. When I call their customer service center I get the run around and they aren't giving me my refund! They are liars and start being mean to you when they don't have a sale,,

I bought this timeshare with the impression that we could resell if we found it wasn't for us, as per the sales representatives sales speech. "High demand" were the words I think they used. Well, we found that it wasn't for us. We tried to go through their resale department, but they said our $20,000 timeshare was only worth $2,000 and there would also be a 25% resale fee. I am in total agreement that this is a SCAM and they used Hilton's name and you think that you are safeguarded. They feed you a bunch of lies and then you sign and none of what they explains happens. I bought a vacation package with a time share presentation which was sold to me with the promise that there would be a $100 Disney visa card once i complete the presentation. First, when I attended the presentation the sales person was rude, interrogating, and tried to invalidate my relationship status. I was able to proceed with the presentation, listened to her pitch and was very tempted but I no longer trusted her.
