I purchased a promotion package for a stay in Las Vegas at the Elara Hotel, I attended a promotional event and was given a gift certificate for a night stay on Hilton. I along with My family decided to take the children to Disneyland in which I stayed at the embassy suites, one of the rooms had a broken showerhead, both had bad furniture, after spending close to $2000 we decided to make the best of it. after the trip I mailed in my receipt along with a copy of the certificate to receive my $200 dollars, which was back in May... read more

For a company called Hilton GRAND Vacations, we thought there would actually be something GRAND about it. Their salespeople are sneaky and deceptive, one of whom even commented on a shared ethnicity to gain our trust. She spoke quickly during our timeshare presentation and made sure to gloss over important information that should have been disclosed for our purchase. When it came to the numbers, we told her that we had little interest but would possibly consider a low point package. She relentlessly pressured us into buying ... read more

I do not recommend doing business with this company. Since becoming a member, I have never been able to make any reservations, and I am receiving no value or benefit from this contract. Yet, they have taken thousands of dollars from me and will not release me of my contract. At the presentation, several salespeople used high-pressure tactics and talked about the many benefits of ownership. Every time I declined, they switched off and new offers were made. After more than 2 hours of this, I gave in and agreed to buy. The pres... read more

We have a timeshare contract with Hilton Grand Vacations Club (contract #********) and we have been trying to communicate with Hilton since last year to get out. Ray is 92 years old and still feels the need to work part time because of this awful financial obligation we are in. We have nothing but bad experiences with this timeshare situation and the last time we utilized it, it was sub par. I mean, it was terrible. Not at all what we were told it would be when we booked. Not to mention the additional fees that we had to pay... read more

We got a phone call offering a free stay in Orlando. all we had to do was sit for a one-hour presentation so they could show us their new resort. During this meeting, they showed aerial views of exotic locations and the best of the best beautiful accommodations. Explaining how this is not a Timeshare, this is new revolutionary ownership. Explaining that we would be getting deeded property, a lifetime family investment that you and generations to come would inherit and enjoy for holidays and life events to have lasting memori... read more

We purchased this vacation property package back on 8/17/19. I have tried endlessly to schedule a vacation and there are never available dates to book. Currently to date we have paid almost $20,000 and have not been able to book a trip. We even went through representatives to book and all they could find were middle of the week availability. We were told when purchasing (since we were purchasing for our family) that dates were ALWAYS available and that if we had enough points we would even covert them to use in all inclusive... read more

On 5/29, we bought the sampler package in Orlando. We were told there were no deposit required to book the vacation and that we could starting booking reservations within 14 days. I tried to book after 2 weeks and the site would not let me. We were then told that I needed to make a $1000 deposit. On 6/29, I requested cancellation. Multiple reps then confirmed the cancellation request yet no one has contacted me back. I have also requested a manager call back on three different occasions. No one has called me back. All I want... read more

This company is stealing money from their members. They must not have been informed that there is and still was a global pandemic and we were unable to travel for a year and some people still aren't comfortable with it. They are making zero accommodations and just stealing our points that expire. I am loosing $8000 because I have not been able to use any of the points we bought 2 years ago. They want you to pay to extend and then you have to book right then and loose the rest. We were told there were 10000s of destinations. ... read more

Business response:

The sampler department doesn't change the fact that when we signed up we were shown lists of 10,000 places we could travel. Now we can only choose from 10. One is Williamburg and 5 are in Florida. None are considered good vacations or worth the $8000 we spent.

I booked a 5 night stay in a Hilton timeshare in Hawaii. I was told I would have a kitchen area. I was given an old hotel room in a resort that is being converted over the next 6 years. This was bait and switch. Why would Hilton think I would purchase a timeshare from them if they lie from the start??
