This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I purchased a vacation package in January 2020 for $225 for Orlando that I was told the only catch would be to 'see the amenities that Hilton Hotels have to offer' and it would take a couple of hours to get the tour. Covid hit causing me to not be able to go last year and now there are covid variants going around making it risky for my wife and I to go because of us spreading it to at risk family members. I went directly to the CEO with my issue and his staff was able to resolve my issue.. Just keep trying to reach the right person..

Since joining this program, we have NOT been able to make any reservations. This entitles us to declare it void, and to receive a full refund as well. The contract was signed in Las Vegas NV on October 26, 2019. Salesperson was Phillip Marc. At signing, terms were not explained, and we were not told maintenance fees would go higher year after year. We purchased a Hilton Grand Vacation plan last year for the Doubletree in Chicago. After checking the Doubletree rates; the Hilton plan does not save us any money. Plus we have to sit through a presentation. When contacting the Hilton concierge service to change the dates we were not offered any other properties. Being a Hilton Honors participant for several years, this is very disappointing.

When we received a call from Hilton Grand Vacations offering us a stay in Las Vegas for a reduced rate, we thought it was a great idea. When we arrived at the required presentation, we were told that we could leave this to our children in the future, that this was a deeded real estate property, that we would be eligible for reduced rates on all Hilton rooms, and that if we ever wanted out as timeshare owners, we could sell this back to HGVC. After booking a stay at one of the Diamond Resorts properties, we received a call to "confirm" our stay. The rep offered us a discount on our stay if we were to attend one of their 90-minute presentations. At the presentation, we met with a salesperson that was very rude and pushy from the beginning. This company is a scam I was told I would get my $600 deposit back if my loan didn't go through now I AM TOLD THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME...

The most Scathing scamming company I've had the disfortune of crossing paths. I am one of their unlucky customer. Against my better judgment I signed for a sampler that I was unable to use do to unforeseen circumstances they are trying to charge me 663.00 dollars over 154 dollars that I was unaware wasn't paid on top of already paying them over 1,400+ dollars for the sampler that was never used.

SCAM STAY AWAY!! Bought into this package back in Jan 2021 while visiting Vegas. We bought into the gold package which gave us 15000 points but was given 15000 bonus points for a total of 30000 for the year. Janine (Sales Rep) really laid it on us. Told us after 45 days we would be able to book trips anywhere. Fast forward to Mar tried to go online to book a trip, kept being told I couldn't until Jan 1 2022 so I called Diamond to see what was going on.
