Get directionsLuxury Diamond Resorts is a scam. They pretend they are affiliated with the Hilton Las Vegas group but are not. Once you buy the package they disappear. The site and number stay active, but you never get anyone, and if someone answers they say hold on and hang up. I have been trying to get my money back for months.

I received the email regarding HGV special for $149. I bought the one for Myrtle Beach. I spoke to 2 representatives regarding reservations. To start off the phone kept disconnecting like reps were disconnecting calls. I spoke to someone by the name of Marvin or Marvus the second time who proceeded to act like he was setting up a reservation and left me on hold for like 20 minutes then the call went to the automated menu. Like all of the reviews I just read about DRI, unfortunately, I was suckered into this same exact Scam. After spending six hours of my husband's and my life in Virginia at a presentation about how great DRI is, we were pressured into at least spending 2500 dollars plus some, on the Sampler Package. We would not purchase a high ticket item and instead purchased a reduced packet hoping to be able to return the N.C. resort we were in. To whom this may concern. My husband and I have been blatantly ignored by Hilton for months now. We have been trying to get out of our timeshare and for some reason, they refuse to understand or acknowledge the financial despair this has caused us. When we visited Las Vegas for our anniversary in 2016, we were asked to attend a sales presentation in exchange for a $200 dinner voucher. We were told this would be an hour of our time but were in that meeting for OVER 6 HOURS! First the sales person in the hotel said it would be 1 hr of my time, end up being 4hrs. Once at their hotel we were literally bullied in trying to buy their time shares. We were told lies after lies and after catching them in their lies they became very aggressive. I (female) had to stand up and raise my voice to make them back off...i was ready to physically fight my way out of there! THEY are running a SCAM....THIS IS ONE BIG SCAM!
