Buyer's Remorse. The information that they gave us during the presentation at the Maui Hawaii property sounded excellent a deal we could not miss. But this was all tall tales and lies because after you purchase this overpriced vacation deal you are left with useless points. The best thing to do is not go to the presentation or just stand up and do not buy anything. They will offer you gold but you will be left with aluminum cans when you try to book using these useless points. Never again will I buy into these time share so ... read more

We just spent a week at Polo Towers . During our checkin the lady that was checking us in offered us a sales presentation. I told them i owed lots of timeshares with starwood now vistana and was really not looking to have any more units. She told us that she could offer us a week at any resorts at diamond resorts and a 100 usd gift card along with other gifts in Vegas. This could be a great organization but they don't focus on the customer or timely respond to issues. The people are rude and unhelpful. It's been a major disappointment.

I called Hilton this past Dec 24 2020 when I received my Amex Hilton Card to add a few past reservations, then I was asked to speak to a HGV person, I dumbly agreed, was offered a few 'great offers' told NO BLACK OUT DATES, 15000 extra points, etc etc, so I purchased $273 for a Hilton Marbrisas in Carlsbad CA for the summer (3 nights) they called me 3-4 times to book the nights, told them not ready, then May 6, 2021 I called to make my reservation to discover that original agent misinformed me of 'blocked dates till Septembe... read more
Stay away from this company. We have asked them to cancel the contract starting back in July of 2020. It is now May and nothing has been done. We've barely even heard from them at all. Since entering this agreement, we have not been able to make any reservations. At the presentation, we were told we could leave the timeshare to our family, but we were not told that this is a contractual requirement, and our heirs will be forced to continue paying maintenance fees for the rest of their lives. Doing business with Hilton was a big mistake. Our contract began in Tuscany in 2017. The sales rep. was Lynette Alban and the meeting lasted 4+ hours. They later talked us into upgrading my contract. I didn't realize it at the time, but we were definitely misled and pushed into this timeshare. They were also pushing for us to give them more money. I recently stayed with Hilton in Atlanta. Once there Hilton started their entire scam on how for $275.00 in could stay at any time share for 3 night & 4 days. After a while I succumbed to the begging and signed up. Then, I was told that I had to bring my wife. When I told them that I had a girlfriend but no wife, Hilton said they would take my money and to schedule when I get a date to be there. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They outright lie to the "owners", yes owners. The people who unfortunately purchased timeshares, the same people who pay their salaries. Ask to speak to a manager, they tell you "NO". Amazing! How I regret getting involved with this company.
