The nightmare began with a stay with a requirement to listen to a sales pitch with Hilton Grand Vacations and get a free offer for Parking at Walt Disney World or any other offers. We did accept the offer and what a huge mistake, We sat for about 2 hours and declined the 24% interest on the loan for the timeshare or HILTON GRAND Vacations. They then stated that it would be possible to finance it for a year at 0% on an AMEX Card and then refinance at a lower rate somewhere else. The rate would then be 24% if we were not able ... read more

Do NOT do business with this company. They are professional con artist who will say and promise anything to get you under contract. They know that only the contract you sign has validity regardless of their sales pitch. Get EVERYTHING in writing. When we we're going to walk away they promised us free unlimited camping at KOA property as part of membership! Bald face lie. When we caught them, circled the wagons denied ever making promise. Noah Bloom, sales manager at Polo Towers in Las Vegas is the lead conman, lied to my fa... read more

I was offered a free 3day/2night stay at Trump Tower in Vegas if I attended a short meeting. This ended up being a two-hour-long high-pressure meeting with several sales representatives telling me how great this would be. They told me owning this would be a great investment, I could vacation pretty much anywhere in the world, book cheaper airfare through them; this would be easy to use/book, it would be an affordable way to travel, and that I would be able to rent it out to offset the price. Nikki ******* was the main repres... read more

When I called Hilton Honors to book a room for a trip, I was asked if I wanted to receive a discounted trip to Orlando. The only catch was that I needed to attend a brief presentation with Hilton Grand Vacations while I was there. We agreed and when we arrived at the presentation, we had our four kids with us. This was NOT brief! We were in that room for more than 4 hours!! This was a very stressful situation because we had to deal with our children, exhausted and bored from this lengthy meeting, yet the sales staff would no... read more

The worst experience I have ever had. Was tricked into purchasing a temporary package since we could not afford the gold or silver membership. The sales rep pretty much will tell you anything to get you to leave the presentation with some kind of package purchased. The package we got was cheaper than silver and gold however, they didn't explain to us it was a temporary package and would loose after the 10 years. Basically was told by the DRI hawaii collections I got screwed because you pay way more money in long run because ... read more

We are Diamond members, having purchased a membership in December while in Sedona. We were encouraged to attend an orientation weekend (2 nights) at the Bent Creek Gold Village in Gatlinburg, TN. Let me start by saying that when we took advantage of this Diamond orientation (as new club members) we fully expected that there would be a sell associated with the orientation. What we did not expect is that we would basically be told we were complete fools for buying the package we did, shamed that we'd purchased anything and bo... read more

Terrible experience. I wasn't able to go an a trip due to Covid-19 and they weren't accommodating with rescheduling plus I was asked to pay an additional $50 to reschedule. I refused and that forfeited everything so I'm out of $200. Never Again & I wouldn't advise anyone to patronize them AT ALL!!

Business response:

We understand how frustrating this must have been Tamika. We are reviewing this situation with our team. If you'd like to share more about this experience, please reach out to us at *****************@diamondresorts.com. Thank you. -RW

Diamond resorts is a scam and protected with scam attorneys . If Diamond resorts was not a scam , then why the harsh binding contract? Everything Alvin preached is a lie . Rates are not what he told you . I want out of this any help out there?
